Product Description

Tanyo PTFE adhesive tape is a composite material made of imported glass fiber woven base cloth as the base material and coated with PTFE resin. It has a three-layer composite structure, namely, a base material layer to provide tensile strength, a functional layer to achieve non-stickiness, and an adhesive layer containing silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive.
PTFE tape has a temperature resistance range of-196 °C to 300 °C, and can withstand high temperatures of 350 °C in the short term. Its surface energy is as low as 18.5 mN/m, its non-adhesion is strong, and it also has excellent insulation properties, fire retardant, and antistatic properties. Moreover, it can withstand strong acid and alkali corrosion, complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 certification standards, and is suitable for food contact scenarios.

Industrial Manufacturing 

Thermoplastic demoulding: In the molding process of thermoplastics, such as injection molding, extrusion, and other processes, PTFE glass fiber tape can be used to isolate the mold and the product, prevent the product from adhering, facilitate demoulding, and improve production efficiency and product quality.
Drum coating: Coating various high-temperature drums in industrial production, such as drying drums in papermaking, textile, printing, and other industries, can play a role in preventing sticking and reducing friction, ensuring the normal transmission of materials on the drum surface, and reducing the cleaning and maintenance costs of equipment at the same time.
Composite bonding: In the processing and production of composite materials, it is used for isolation and demoulding between layers to ensure the smooth molding of composite materials and avoid adhesion or mutual contamination between layers.
Electronic and Electrical 

Insulation protection: With its good electrical insulation performance, it can be used for insulation protection of circuit boards, transformers, motors, and other components inside electronic equipment to prevent circuit short circuits and leakage and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Heat dissipation and fixation: Around some electronic components that need heat dissipation, PTFE glass fiber tape can be used to fix heat sinks or other heat dissipation devices, which can not only provide a stable fixing effect, but also will not affect the heat dissipation effect due to the existence of the tape.
Food packaging 

Heat sealing packaging: Heat sealing packaging equipment suitable for food and drugs, such as the heat sealing strip of automatic packaging machines, can prevent packaging materials from sticking to the equipment during the heat sealing process, and at the same time ensure the sealing and integrity of the packaging.
