Industrial Manufacturing
Thermoplastic demoulding: In the molding process of thermoplastics, such as injection molding, extrusion, and other processes, PTFE glass fiber tape can be used to isolate the mold and the product, prevent the product from adhering, facilitate demoulding, and improve production efficiency and product quality.
Drum coating: Coating various high-temperature drums in industrial production, such as drying drums in papermaking, textile, printing, and other industries, can play a role in preventing sticking and reducing friction, ensuring the normal transmission of materials on the drum surface, and reducing the cleaning and maintenance costs of equipment at the same time.
Composite bonding: In the processing and production of composite materials, it is used for isolation and demoulding between layers to ensure the smooth molding of composite materials and avoid adhesion or mutual contamination between layers.

A: We can produce according to your requirement; we also have some stock in warehouse but need to check.

A: Basically, 1 pallet via sea transportation for the items which we don't have stock in warehouse, and no MOQ for stock. Pls note that the pallet package provide a better protection for the goods.
